What areas do we serve?For residential service clients, we serve all across the Greater Toronto Area, and for large post construction or commercial services, we serve all across Canada, in all provinces.

How much does it cost to book a cleaning service?Our prices vary depending on the service you are booking, the extensiveness of the cleaning required, and the size of the space to be cleaned. We are more than happy to quickly generate a free quote based on your specific needs. However, to give you a slight idea of our rates, we start at $135 for a basic residential cleaning. Commercial cleaning requires a walk through of the space before a precise quote may be provided.

How do I schedule an appointment?Simply click the “Book a Cleaning” on the home page button or main menu and fill out the form. Our customer service will contact you the same business day with a quote and confirming the reservation. You can also call (437) 986-5658 to book your cleaning service.

How many cleaners do you send?The estimated time is calculated considering one cleaner. We send two workers for longer jobs (4+ hours) to complete them more quickly, which would reduce the estimated time.

What is your cancellation policy?If you have to cancel or reschedule, please give us 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours there is a $50 fee. If you cancel after the cleaner has arrived or we are locked out of the premises, the full price will be charged.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. We just ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
